How do I obtain a login name and password?

You can request a login name and password by email, fax or phone. A copy of your resale license is required.

What is the minimum opening order?

Minimum $300 for opening order, $150 for reorders.

What terms does CG Glass accept?

For first purchase;we accept credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). For reorders; we accept Net 30 (subject to credit approval) and credit card. We do not accept C.O.D.

How does CG Glass ship my order?

Goods are shipped best way unless otherwise requested. We use UPS or FedEx Ground to ship small quantity orders and use our authorized trucking companies to ship large quantity orders.

How are these items packed?

Most items are packed individually with polyfoam. Item number and UPC barcode are printed on the cover of the inner carton.

How can I file a damage claim/What is the return policy?

Download the claim form from here: www.cgglass.com/claimform.pdf. You can either email the finished claim form to us at cg@cgglass.com or fax to us at 510-293-3140. All damaged or missing items must be reported within 10 days upon receipt of merchandise. Any and all claims are automatically void after the 10-day limit. No deductions are allowed from invoices without prior approval. Any refused orders returned to us without authorization will be charged a 15% restocking fee of total sale plus applicable shipping costs. Returned items must be packed in its original box.
